What would you do if your child or someone you care for were diagnosed with cancer?
Lavender Ribbons, Inc. is a non-profit organization created “because cancer hurts mind, body and soul.”
We are an all volunteer organization dedicated to raising funds for cancer support services in Central Ohio. Since its inception, this event has raised over $150,000 for area cancer support services.
This year’s proceeds will again maintain the Cancer Coping Kits Program we started in 2006 for newly diagnosed pediatric cancer patients at Nationwide Children’s Hospital. Each kit is customized for a specific age range and costs approximately $30 and unfortunately there are over 200 new patients every year. Please help us help them.
You can help us continue our mission by supporting our 8th annual wine tasting fundraiser, “a d’vine affair”, which will take place Friday June 3, 2011 at The River Club @ Confluence Park.
Our goal this year is to raise 25,000 we need your help to achieve this goal. There are several ways to help… attend the fundraiser, purchase a corporate table, donate an auction item or make a donation…
